Custom Order Policy
North Spur offers small-batch custom ranch and western goods built around the customer’s request, intended use, materials, hardware, sizing, and finish preferences.
Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance of the project. Each request is reviewed to confirm whether the build is a good fit for North Spur, whether the requested timeline is possible, and whether enough detail has been provided to prepare a quote.
After review, North Spur may provide a confirmed quote, estimated timeline, and deposit request. Custom work does not begin until the quote is approved and the required deposit has been paid.
Deposits secure materials, planning time, and production scheduling. Because custom orders are made specifically for the customer, deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Final payment is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping. Custom order timelines are estimates and may change due to material availability, design changes, order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Custom items may vary slightly in colour, finish, leather character, hardware appearance, engraving placement, or handmade details. These variations are part of custom and small-batch work and are not considered defects.
Custom orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed workmanship issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
