North Spur is a small custom manufacturer. Ready-made items and custom orders may have different processing times.

Ready-made items are typically prepared for shipping or pickup faster than custom work. Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page when available.

Custom order timelines are provided after the request has been reviewed and the quote is approved. Timelines depend on the item, materials, hardware, personalization, current order volume, and whether additional details are required from the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when available or confirmed before invoicing for custom work. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

North Spur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact North Spur promptly with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a carrier claim where possible.

Local pickup or event pickup may be offered when available.
