Refund policy

Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Customers must contact North Spur before sending anything back.

Returned items must be clean, unused, and free from wear, damage, odour, hair, dirt, or barn residue. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed North Spur error.

Approved returns of ready-made items may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee of up to 15%. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, payment processing, repackaging, and relisting costs. A restocking fee will not apply where the return is due to a confirmed defect, workmanship issue, shipping error, or incorrect item sent by North Spur.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed North Spur error.

Custom orders, personalized items, engraved items, modified ready-made items, deposits, and sale items are final sale unless there is a confirmed workmanship issue.

Because North Spur builds and modifies goods for specific requests, sizing, personalization, colour choice, hardware choice, or customer-approved design decisions are not grounds for return once approved.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us at northspurwesterngoods@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and determine whether repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution is appropriate.
