North Spur sells ready-made, small-batch, custom, modified, engraved, and personalized ranch and western goods. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and timelines may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, colours, pricing, and availability. However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, leather variation, and material availability.

North Spur reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order or custom request if the project is not a fit, materials are unavailable, pricing was listed incorrectly, payment cannot be processed, or the request cannot be fulfilled safely or appropriately.

Custom quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, quotes may change due to material costs, hardware availability, design changes, or timing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, measurements, personalization text, shipping information, and contact information. North Spur is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

All website content, branding, images, copy, designs, and North Spur materials are owned by or licensed to North Spur and may not be copied or used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and the province where North Spur operates.
